1.3.3.1. Permit categories: There are 6 categories of permits for plants for preparing, conditioning or processing, for wholesale purposes, meat or meat products intended for human consumption:
(a)  the “general delicatessen” permit;
(b)  (paragraph revoked);
(c)  the “meat cutting and mincing” permit;
(d)  the “pizza preparation” permit;
(e)  the “canned meat” permit;
(f)  the “hare meat preparation” permit;
(g)  the “canned hare meat” permit.
